Routon System
The Routon System is a second-generation GPS-based application that takes the off-road rally experience to a new level and represents the future of racing.
What makes it special?
Virtual GPS checkpoints
Virtual checkpoints are placed along the course based on GPS coordinates.
When a competitor approaches these points, the system automatically detects and records the passage.
Every pass or missed checkpoint can be monitored in real time from the race control center.
On a 100 km route, up to 250–300 virtual checkpoints can be placed.
Real-time data and accuracy
The system records:
-
route data
-
time
-
position
-
speed
It also manages and alerts NO-GO zones, providing clear and reliable data visualization.
Online and offline operation
The application can function without an internet connection.
However, for better positioning accuracy and overall performance, mobile internet is recommended.
Live feedback and messaging
One-way communication with competitors is possible through the administration interface.
The system assigns timestamps to every event and supports direct text messaging.
Continuous tracking and safety
The race automatically starts when the competitor crosses the Start coordinate.
It only ends when the Finish point is reached.
Organizers can track participants in real time or with delay.
Multiple race timing
The system allows multiple races to be timed and monitored simultaneously during the same event day.
Race results are processed and summarized digitally.
Emergency assistance and technical recovery
In the event of an accident or mechanical failure, the system shows the exact location on the map.
This enables fast, precise, and safe intervention.
The application can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store under the name "ROUTON SYSTEM."
