Event rules

SXS Trophy Event rules
By purchasing an entry ticket or paying the entry fee, the Visitor automatically accepts the event rules, regulations, and this house policy. The Visitor acknowledges that compliance may be monitored and enforced by the organizers.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to certain individuals in specific cases, even without providing a reason.
Entry to the event area is permitted only with a valid ticket or an accepted entry, and only at the time and under the conditions determined by the organizers. The wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times during its validity. Wristbands are non-transferable. Only wristbands worn on the wrist and in intact condition are valid for entry. The organizers may check wristbands upon entry/exit and continuously within the event area. Any damaged or tampered wristband (re-taped, cut, enlarged beyond the hand, or otherwise manipulated) is invalid. The Organizer does not replace or exchange removed, damaged, or lost wristbands. Visitors without a valid wristband must leave the event area. Children under the age of 16 may enter and remain on the event premises only when accompanied by an adult.
The Organizer will initiate legal proceedings against ticket counterfeiters and those assisting in counterfeiting, including by filing a police report.
By purchasing an entry or ticket, the participant declares that they have read and accept the event regulations, acknowledge that the organizers are not liable for any potential damages, and accept responsibility for damages caused by them. The event rules and house policy are available on the official website (www.sxstrophy.hu) and on the event's Facebook page, and may also appear on other platforms (e.g., flyers, Facebook groups, newsletters).
For the safe operation of the event, the Organizer reserves the right to restrict items and equipment that may be brought onto the premises. Under applicable law, it is prohibited to bring drugs, pyrotechnics, or items posing a serious threat to public safety (including firearms, knives with a cutting edge longer than 8 cm, switchblades, butterfly knives, pepper spray, batons, telescopic batons, throwing stars, slingshots, etc.). Violations may constitute an offense and may result in a report to the authorities.
Drones may be brought onto the event premises only with the Organizer's prior written permission.
CONDUCT AND OTHER RULES
Conduct. Visitors must behave in accordance with general norms, applicable laws, the Terms and Conditions, and this house policy. Visitors must refrain from any behavior, communication, or actions that may endanger or violate the personal rights, life, health, or physical integrity of others. Everyone attends the event at their own risk, taking into account their own mental and physical condition. The Organizer expressly excludes liability in cases where Visitors fail to comply with or consider the above, violate conduct rules toward each other, cause damage to one another, or commit a criminal offense against one another.
Environmental protection. Visitors are required to protect natural values and must refrain from damaging them. The Organizer asks Visitors to use waste bins and to place waste in the appropriate collection points.
The event organizers are liable only for intentional breaches of contract attributable to them, and beyond the rights granted to the Visitor by law, they expressly exclude liability for any other damage incidents.
Only vehicles with an entry accepted by the Organizer may enter the event area. Entering with a vehicle without authorization is prohibited. The organizers may check this upon entry/exit and continuously within the event area. Vehicles may not remain at the event without authorization and must leave the premises. Even persons with an entry/drive permit must comply with traffic rules, pay increased attention, and follow the Organizer's instructions and designated traffic arrangements within the event area.
Participants expressly undertake to cooperate fully with the organizers within the legal framework and to follow their instructions. It is strictly prohibited to drive outside the event area onto surrounding private property, agricultural fields, forests, or any cultivated, protected, or otherwise restricted areas. Participants are liable for all damages caused.
The participant acknowledges that the Organizer, as well as partners, contributors, and press representatives authorized by the Organizer (in accordance with their respective agreements), other Visitors, and third parties may make audio and video recordings at the event. By attending the event, the Visitor expressly consents to the recording and publication of their face, appearance, and statements, with the understanding that they may be named only with their explicit consent; however, they may not assert any claims against the creators of the recordings or the event organizers. If the Visitor is considered a public figure, they may be named even without consent.
In relation to such appearances, the creator of the recording obtains an unlimited, transferable, and exclusive right of use in terms of territory, time, and method of use. SXS Trophy and persons authorized by it may use, exploit, reproduce, publish, adapt, disclose, communicate to the public, and distribute such recordings (especially for promoting the event) without providing any compensation to the Visitor, including where the Organizer uses recordings made by other Visitors.
The Visitor also acknowledges that the Organizer may record the event and programs, reproduce the recordings, distribute them on media, broadcast them, or otherwise communicate them to the public, including by making them available on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, or other social media, where members of the public may access them at a time and place of their choosing. In connection with the above, the Visitor is not entitled to assert any claim against the owner of SXS Trophy.
Photography and filming. Visitors may make audio and video recordings at the event for personal use with personal telecommunications devices (e.g., mobile phone, camera, tablet) or non-professional photo equipment. Such recordings may not be sold, used for consideration, or used for commercial purposes even without consideration. Visitors may not identify other Visitors without their consent, nor violate their personal rights or dignity. The SXS Trophy organizer excludes liability if other Visitors violate these rules.
Drone use. The Visitor acknowledges that using a drone to create video or photo recordings on or above the event area is permitted only with the Organizer's prior written permission, in full compliance with applicable laws, and without endangering participants or event safety. The operator must coordinate and have approved in advance the method and timing of each recording, and must provide a copy of the recordings upon request. In the event of a violation, security personnel must instruct the offender to stop the prohibited activity immediately. If the offender does not comply, security personnel may arrange for the immediate removal of the remote-controlled aircraft from the event area. The Organizer assumes no liability for any damage arising from the use or removal of the drone; full and unlimited liability rests solely with the offender.
Without the organizers' written permission, any commercial or advertising activity is prohibited on the event premises and in the immediate vicinity.
In commercial and hospitality units, it is prohibited to serve alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 or to intoxicated persons within the event area. Please note that under applicable laws, the consumption of drugs is prohibited on the event premises as well.
The organizers accept no liability for any damage to persons or property.
The event will be held even in bad weather. The event or parts of it may be cancelled due to force majeure. The right to modify the program is reserved.
Using sections of the track or areas closed off with barrier tape, fencing, or any other means is prohibited and life-threatening. It is forbidden to be on foot on race tracks and in areas reserved exclusively for vehicles.
All participants are advised that the condition of the area and access routes may change continuously. Weather and vehicle traffic can significantly change terrain quality. Each participant must ensure they are able to proceed, whether on foot or by vehicle. If movement becomes difficult, they must turn back; if turning back is not possible, they must wait for technical rescue staff, who will ensure further progress. The event organizer accepts no liability for changes in service quality resulting from natural factors or from the number of participants.
