What makes it special?
Interactive tasks at GPS points
When a competitor approaches designated coordinates, tasks appear on the screen such as questions, photo checkpoints, QR codes, or other challenges. These tasks are available only at that exact place and time, ensuring a truly live experience.
Real-time data and precision
The system records route data, time, position, and speed, and manages NO-GO zones – all in a clear, reliable way.
Online and offline operation
Pilot System works even without an internet connection. However, for the best experience and more accurate positioning, mobile data or Wi-Fi is still recommended.
Live feedback and messaging
Through the admin interface, task completion times and locations are instantly visible. The system uses timestamps and also supports direct messaging.
Continuous tracking and safety
The race starts automatically when passing the "Start" coordinate and ends only when the "Finish" point is reached. Organizers can monitor participant positions in real time or with a delay.
User Guide – step by step
Download the app
Available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store under the name "PILOT SYSTEM."
Registration and login
Register once, then log in during the event using your registered email address and password.
Event selection
Participation is activated either through an online store purchase or with a unique 6-digit code provided by the organizers.
Start
The race begins by pressing the "Start" button that appears at the Start coordinate, and timing starts immediately.
Complete the tasks
Tasks appear automatically when reaching the designated points and must be completed on-site within the system.
Finish and evaluation
Upon reaching the finish point, the app closes the session, and results are evaluated based on the data collected.
