SXS Trophy Liability Statement

By purchasing or receiving valid tickets, passes or an entry for participation in the SxS Trophy, as well as by being present in the area, this statement constitutes acceptance, for myself and for any children accompanying me, of the house rules that I have read and understood.

By purchasing the entry, ticket or pass, I have understood and acknowledge that all forms of off-road are dangerous sports, which inherently involve the possibility of injury or even death. I am also aware that there may be sources of danger in the area in unforeseen or less visible locations, including staff members, staff vehicles, vehicles participating in the competition, equipment necessary for operation, other guests of the event, as well as risks arising from the weather.

I have received sufficient information about the house rules and answers to my verbally asked questions, therefore I consider my own and my fellow participants’ physical and technical preparedness to be appropriate and sufficient to use all facilities of the venue. I declare that I will participate in the event only in accordance with my/our knowledge, with due care and caution. I have made this statement in full awareness that, despite the above, the risk of injury – including accidents resulting in the most serious consequences – is increased when using the area. I understand and accept that collisions and accidents arising from track use may cause injuries or death, and with this knowledge I use the services provided by the event at my own risk. I am aware of the technical condition of my vehicle and I assume full responsibility for it.

I accept and acknowledge that during participation in the event I must act with caution and due care so that my activities do not endanger the physical safety or life of others, and that this risk is minimized.

By purchasing the entry, tickets and passes, I consent to appearing in photos and videos taken in the area, which may be used by the Organizer for marketing purposes. I have been informed about the protection of my personal data based on the provisions of the privacy notice.

By purchasing the entry, ticket or pass entitling me to participate in the event, as well as by being present at the event, I accept, even without signing a specific document, the consequences arising from this legal declaration for every use, both for myself and for those participating in sports activities with me.

By registering for the event, I have accepted and, as applicable to myself, comply with the safety and technical regulations. I declare that my vehicle is suitable for public road traffic, has compulsory liability insurance and a valid technical inspection. In its current condition, it is suitable for safe operation.

Throughout the entire duration and area of the event, the rules of the Highway Code are applicable. Deviation from these rules is not permitted. I acknowledge that, in the event my liability is established, I shall be held liable in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations.

I possess the prescribed and mandatory equipment, such as a fire extinguisher, safety net (in the side by side category), a closed and undamaged helmet, neck brace, and first aid equipment suitable for treating at least 2 persons. I have downloaded the National Ambulance Service emergency call app to my mobile devices.

By entering the event, paying the entry fee, and purchasing a ticket or pass, I accept and acknowledge that any damage, accident or serious injury occurring during the event excludes the liability of the SXS Trophy organizing team. Since every participant is present at their own risk and as a result of their own independent decision, personal liability cannot be transferred to any natural or legal persons involved in organizing the SXS Trophy. In the event that my personal liability is established, I shall be held liable in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations.
